This policy explains what information is collected when you use TV Remote (package name: com.tvremote.app, the "App") and how it is handled.
The App works without an account or sign-in, and the developer does not directly collect or store personally identifying information such as your name or email address. However, the following may be collected automatically by our advertising provider in order to serve ads:
The App searches for and connects to TVs only within the Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to. The TV name, model, local IP address, and pairing token discovered in this process are stored only on your phone (in the App's local storage) and are never transmitted outside your device, including to the developer's servers. They are removed when you uninstall the App.
TV discovery does not require location permission, and the App never requests it.

You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.
The following information is sent to the developer's server only when you actively submit it from the "Send feedback" screen in the App's settings. Nothing is sent if you do not submit.
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and fix defects. It is never used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.
The App contacts the developer's server to retrieve operational settings such as ad display options. Only the package name and app version are sent; no personally identifying information and no TV connection data are transmitted.
Your registered TV list, pairing tokens, and app preferences are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App. Feedback you submit is retained only for the purpose of handling your inquiry, and is deleted afterwards or upon your request.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
